Refund policy
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied. If your NasoLume doesn’t work for you, you can request a refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery. No complicated process: we’ll arrange your return or, in some cases, refund you without needing the item back.
How to request a return
- Email us at support@vayrelief.com with your order number and a short note on what went wrong.
- We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with simple return instructions, or tell you that no return is needed.
- Once we’ve received your return (or confirmed no return is needed), we’ll process your refund within 5 business days, to your original payment method.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 60 days and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full. We cover all return shipping costs. Photos help us act faster.
Your legal right to withdraw (EU customers)
Under EU consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is in addition to the 60-day guarantee above. To withdraw, email support@vayrelief.com stating your decision, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping costs are explained below. We may wait to refund you until we’ve received the item back or you’ve shown proof that you sent it.
Return shipping costs
If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, or if it doesn’t work for you within the 60-day guarantee, we cover the return shipping.
Condition of returned items
Please return the product with its accessories and, if possible, its original packaging. We may reduce the refund if the item is damaged through misuse.
Bundles and accessories
Bundles can be returned as a whole. If only part of a bundle is returned, the refund is adjusted to reflect the bundle discount.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take 5-10 business days to show it.
